About the role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead a large and dynamic team of 150-200 professionals focused on delivering complex Digital Transformation projects. This senior leadership position requires exceptional people management skills, a strategic business mindset, and deep technical knowledge of the Digital and Modernization ecosystem. You will be accountable for key business outcomes, fostering innovation, and driving continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international projects.

Core responsibilities:

- Financial and Revenue Management: Drive the achievement of revenue and contribution margin targets for the Digitalization practice as per Annual Business Plan. Actively participate in the client acquisition process, contributing to solutioning and prospect engagement. Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.

- Customer and Project Delivery Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex Digital implementation and managed services projects. Act as the senior escalation point for key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Manage collections and maintain Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) within the target range.


- Strategic Planning and Innovation: Involved in strategic planning to define market specific strategies for business acquisition and contribute to defining the delivery strategy, methodology, and governance frameworks for the practice. Lead the establishment of a Digital Technology Centre of Excellence (CoE) to foster innovative approaches and drive process improvements. Leverage overseas project experience to lead and guide global delivery teams.

- Principal and Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, internal leadership, and partners like Microsoft. Ensure clear communication and alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. Engage on technology enhancement roadmap along with Principal and build competencies through cross skilling and up-skilling initiatives.

- Develop Partner ecosystem: Build a ecosystem of niche partners who can be engaged for ramp-up of project requirements across geographies, leveraging skill and manpower.

- People and Performance Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large, multi-disciplinary team of 150-200 employees, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Manage performance, provide feedback, and support talent development and career growth within the team.

Qualifications and skills:

Essential:

- 20+ years of relevant experience in IT services delivery.

- Experience of solutioning and Implementing Digital products.

- Strong functional and technical knowledge of the Digital products. Experience on Cloud would be added advantage.

- Significant experience leading and managing large teams (150+ employees).

- Experience of executing global projects and having travelled to USA, Europe, Southeast Asia and Middle East countries for project execution.

- Proven track record of managing project financials, meeting revenue targets, and maintaining profitability.

- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, conferences, and business engagements.

- Mandatory PMP or equivalent project management certification

Preferred:

- MBA in Operations, Strategy, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in a similar senior leadership role.

- Experience operating within a global organization with dispersed, multi-cultural teams.
