Role in brief:

Looking for a pro-active and due-diligent Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of data engineering, analytics, and digital transformation projects for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex, data-driven engagements, ensuring quality delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of multiple client projects across Data Engineering, Cloud, and Analytics domains.

- Lead and mentor cross-functional technical teams comprising data engineers, cloud architects, and BI specialists.

- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical execution plans.

- Ensure delivery quality, on-time execution, and adherence to project budgets and governance frameworks.

- Implement Agile methodologies to drive efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.

- Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by defining scope, timelines, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.

- Establish delivery KPIs and track progress through structured reporting and risk management.

- Drive innovation and automation within delivery processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 12-15 years of overall experience in IT consulting or digital transformation delivery.

- At least 5+ years in delivery management for data-centric projects (Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, or Cloud Data Platforms).

- Experience in managing enterprise-scale data projects for diverse sectors.

- Strong understanding of modern data architectures - data lakes, streaming data, APIs, and cloud ecosystems.

- Handling a team of data driven leads and engineers.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
