Key Responsibilities:
Client Scope & Requirements Management:
- Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Act as the primary client point of contact to ensure alignment between expectations, deliverables, and timelines.
- Maintain all project artifacts, including scope documents, requirement trackers, and sign offs.
End-to-End Project & Program Management:
- Lead project delivery across the lifecycle planning, execution, testing, and go-live.
- Own project timelines, budgets, quality, and resource allocation.
- Track deliverables and milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
Business Process Mapping & Documentation:
- Analyze and document client business processes, system workflows, and integrations.
- Work with Product Analysts and Solution Architects to define KPIs, personas, and data architecture.
- Review documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and prepare approach notes for internal teams.
- Translate business requirements into UI/UX and functional specifications in collaboration with product and design teams
