We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with expertise in recruitment sourcing and account management to lead our recruitment efforts in India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruiting best practices, coupled with a proven ability to mentor recruitment teams and manage client relationships.
This role emphasizes high accountability, technical screening expertise, and a focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Source candidates effectively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other platforms.
- Thoroughly understand job descriptions and optimize job postings for better reach.
- Establish, streamline, and enhance the recruitment life cycle to ensure seamless operations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor and coach recruitment teams, focusing on skill enhancement and productivity.
- Build, train, and support a high-performing recruiting team.
- Track daily productivity, provide feedback, and set performance targets.
Account Management:
- Manage client interactions, conduct client calls, and efficiently close new deals.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Vendor Management:
- Onboard new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing ones for reliable support.
Performance & Target Management:
- Set, track, and achieve weekly and monthly recruitment and submission targets.
- Drive the team to consistently meet daily submission goals with a commitment to quality.
Quality & Technical Expertise:
- Conduct detailed technical screenings to ensure high-quality candidate fit.
- Stay updated with industry technology trends and best recruitment practices.
Candidate Relationship Management:
- Foster a candidate-focused culture, ensuring positive experiences and relationship-building.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing guidance and support through the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in delivery or recruitment management.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and account management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and technical screening.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong track record of meeting productivity targets
