ROLE: - This role is to source a regular stream of passive and active candidates for the ongoing assignments we receive from our clients. - You will be expected to pick up leads and referrals as well as building a good rapport with the candidates. - You will also target candidates via headhunting and make specific approaches to pitch key opportunities. - The position whilst not a cold calling, business generating role, does require a positive attitude to generating the right levels of activity. PERSON: - People who are willing to make a career change and good to expand their horizon in search business. - Someone who knows the art of understanding people &amp; offer them a career opportunity where they can utilize their skills to the fullest. - Someone who is willing to learn and open to suggestions. - Ideal candidate is someone who has been in the client facing business. This includes sales/marketing/brand management ideally from advertising or startup environment.
