- Managing the overall operations of a large scale BPS set up (at least 500) located at global locations.
- Managing and leading cross-functional teams like Training, Recruitment, Quality, Risk & Compliance, Delivery Managers
Talent Development:
- Collaborate with Training to develop and implement talent development programs.
Change management:
- Lead the teams to follow a structured approach to manage changes.
Financial management:
- Manage budgets, quarterly financial projections and plans along with the Finance team.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide financial reports at account and location level to Senior Leadership
Risk management:
- Implement governance structure to Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks
Stakeholder management:
- Front end customer interactions during account performance discussions and meetings.
Other responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities along with Delivery teams.
- Technology and digital transformation - Overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
