Delivery Lead/Manager - Financial Services

We are hiring Delivery Lead/Manager for our client based at

Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad.

Summary:

Delivery Lead or Managers to drive large-scale transformation programmes in the mobile banking and digital customer journey domain. The ideal candidates will have a proven record of managing complex initiatives across Cards, Payments, Accounts Servicing, or Security/Authentication streams within Agile environments.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in programme or project delivery within banking or financial services.

- Deep understanding of mobile banking, customer journey transformation, or digital servicing.

- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe preferred).

- Exposure to following domains: Cards, Payments, Accounts Servicing, Security/Authentication.

- Strong stakeholder management skills (engaging up to MD level).

- Ability to anticipate risks, escalate effectively, and drive issues to closure.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.

Responsibility:

1. Lead complex programmes, preferably in mobile banking customer journeys, ensuring on-time and quality delivery of multiple capabilities within the SVS.

2. Drive programme execution hands-on - deep dive into details when required to unblock delivery and ensure alignment with agreed plans.

3. Support Delivery Leads by owning the planning, coordination, and delivery of 2-3 specific capabilities within the SVS.

4. Collaborate with diverse teams to baseline and execute delivery plans, driving alignment and accountability.

5. Identify, manage, and close risks and blockers; escalate to Delivery Leads as required.

6. Share delivery status and updates with senior stakeholders (MD level) clearly and confidently.

7. Manage delivery tracking using JIRA and Confluence, maintaining accurate dashboards and metrics.

8. Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation (Excel, PPT, JIRA views) for governance and status reviews.

9. Ensure delivery discipline through structured communication, stakeholder engagement, and timely updates.
