Delivery Lead-IT Description: Responsibilities: - Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define software project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop project plans, considering technical specifications, timelines, and resource allocation. - Team Management: Lead and guide software development teams, comprising developers, testers, designers, and other relevant roles. Provide clear direction, set priorities, and foster a collaborative team environment. - Agile Practices: Implement and champion Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to facilitate efficient project execution. Conduct Agile ceremonies, track sprint progress, and address any impediments. - Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including technical personnel, tools, and budget, to ensure project success. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as necessary. - Risk Management: Identify potential risks, bottlenecks, and technical challenges that could impact project delivery. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. - Dependency and Capacity Planning: Ensuring dependencies are accurately mapped across cross functional teams. Capacity planning and support across teams. - Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates, status reports, and address concerns. Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Timeline Oversight: Monitor project timelines, milestones, and sprint cycles. Proactively identify and address delays, adjusting plans as needed to maintain project schedule. - Change Management: Handle changes to project scope, requirements, or timelines. Evaluate the impact of changes and communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for process optimization. Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance software development and delivery practices. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation along with monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders to track progress. Preference: - PERMANENT WFH Skills: A) Experience: - Minimum 6 years in Delivery Lead/Project Management/Change Management experience - 3 years' experience in: - Agile ScrumMaster/Iteration Manager/Scrum Master Roles - Agile software development methodologies, value, principles and practices - Coaching, team building and group facilitation Other: - Experience in organisational Change Management - Solid experience in training and workshop facilitation, in particular the establishment of training program development to impact broad change. - Solid knowledge of project management and methodologies - Exposure to OKR framwework would be added advantage. B) Personal Attributes/Skills: - Self-starter, ability to work with little direction. - Ability to deal in a complex, delivery focused and changing environment. - You have strong experience building and maintaining collaborative relationships with a diverse range of technical and business partners and influencing at a senior level. Great analytical skills: - Technical familiarity with web technologies and complex data systems - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Learn fast and willing to try new things. - OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
