We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Finance with 10-15 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance delivery, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit readiness, and process excellence. The role requires strong expertise in General Ledger accounting, financial statements, book closure, taxation, ERP systems, and finance process consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end finance operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting.

- Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

- Oversee preparation and review of financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

- Drive finalization of accounts and closure of books in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure timely filing and compliance related to GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

- Coordinate and support Internal, Statutory, Tax, and Regulatory audits.

- Work closely with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities during audit and compliance activities.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.

- Provide finance process consulting and recommend best practices to improve operational efficiency and controls.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional departments to support financial decision-making.

- Monitor financial controls, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

- Manage ERP-based finance processes and support system enhancements, implementations, and process optimization initiatives.

- Prepare management reports, MIS dashboards, and financial analysis to support business objectives.

- Mentor and guide finance teams while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and accounting standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Operations, or Finance Transformation roles.

- Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL) Accounting and Financial Reporting.

- Extensive experience preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.

- Proven experience in finalization of accounts and month-end/year-end book closure activities.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.

- Experience managing Internal Audits, Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and regulatory compliance processes.

- Hands-on experience with SAP, Microsoft ERP, or other enterprise finance systems.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and governance frameworks.

- Experience in finance process consulting, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

- CA, CMA, MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
