Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet client expectations

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues promptly

- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

- Facilitate meetings and ensure clear communication among team members

- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in project management or delivery lead roles

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Trello)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
