A leading global services firm is looking for a Delivery Head - Tax to lead its U.S. tax advisory and compliance practice.

Role Highlights:

- Lead U.S. tax (1040) delivery for multiple CPA clients

- Build and mentor a high-performing tax team

- Ensure quality, compliance, and operational efficiency

- Drive client engagement and service expansion

Requirements:

- 15+ years in U.S. tax compliance (latest 2+ years in services/outsourcing setup)

- Proven experience handling complex tax needs for CPA firms

- CPA / EA / CA qualified

- Strong leadership, client management, and process improvement skills
