Delivery Head - Supply Chain Management/Sourcing & Procurement

Job Description:

This role is focused on leading end-to-end delivery of the ECBO Supply Chain & Procurement portfolio, ensuring client value, operational excellence, SLA/Key Metric compliance, transformation outcomes, and margin performance across global engagements.

- Own and manage large (500+ FTEs), complex SCM client engagements delivered through global delivery centers, with full accountability for P&L, growth, and margin improvement.

- Lead large cross-functional delivery programs, managing scale and complexity while proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation to achieve defined milestones and outcomes.

- Drive account-level growth and transformation, ensuring delivery execution supports expansion, renewal, and long-term client value.

- Act as the primary delivery interface for clients, consistently delivering value beyond contractually agreed SLAs and KPIs.

- Embed transformation into delivery, including automation, digital, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.

- Establish and lead robust delivery governance, managing senior client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure transparency, predictability, and performance.

- Lead and support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives within existing accounts, partnering closely with sales and solutions teams.

- Anticipate internal, external, regulatory, and compliance challenges and proactively recommend improvements across processes, offerings, and delivery models.

- Support new deals and RFPs from a delivery perspective, contributing to solution credibility, risk assessment, and operational feasibility.

- Continuously challenge existing services, technologies, and operating models, recommending fit-for-purpose alternatives to improve outcomes.

- Lead CXO-level client engagement, including proactive communication, value articulation, and management of critical escalations to maintain trust, credibility, and account stability.

- Serve as an SCM thought leader and trusted advisor, bringing industry best practices and delivery insights to help clients advance their supply chain maturity.
