
Responsibilities:
Delivery Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive delivery strategies and operational plans for staffing solutions, aligning with overall business objectives and growth targets.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team of recruiters, talent acquisition specialists, and delivery managers.
- Foster a high-performance culture, set clear KPIs, and ensure continuous professional development.
Client Relationship Management:
- Oversee key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, proactive communication, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as a point of escalation for critical client issues.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery function.
- Implement best practices, streamline processes, and leverage technology to enhance efficiency, speed, and quality of placements.
P&L Responsibility & Budgeting:
- Manage the P&L for the delivery function, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization to achieve financial targets.
Resource Planning & Allocation:
- Ensure optimal resource allocation across various mandates, managing capacity planning and workload distribution to meet client demands and internal goals.
Market & Industry Insights:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent landscape, competitive intelligence, and emerging technologies within the staffing sector to adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Establish and analyze key performance metrics for the delivery team, providing regular reports to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales/Business Development, HR, and other internal teams to ensure seamless operations and integrated business strategy.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of extensive experience in the Recruitment and Staffing industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or Delivery Head role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling large recruitment delivery teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment models (e., RPO, Contract Staffing, Permanent Staffing).
- Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Strong P&L management experience and business acumen.
- Proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience with niche technology staffing.
- Strong network within the industry.
- Certifications in Recruitment/HR
