Delivery Head - SAP - Manufacturing Business Unit

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead SAP Projects: Manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and migrations within the manufacturing domain, ensuring alignment with business needs and project timelines.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP vendors to ensure successful project delivery and manage expectations.

- Project Governance: Define and enforce best practices, methodologies, and governance structures for SAP project delivery.

- Ensure that projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Team Leadership: Lead a team of SAP consultants, functional and technical experts, project managers, and other stakeholders.

- Provide mentoring, support, and guidance to team members.

- Business Process Optimization: Work closely with business leaders and process owners to identify opportunities for business process improvements and implement SAP solutions that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

- Risk and Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues early, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

- Proactively address roadblocks and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

- System Integration: Ensure smooth integration of SAP with other systems (e., MES, ERP, WMS) and technologies used in the manufacturing process.

- Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of SAP solutions to ensure that they remain relevant to the business needs and deliver maximum value.

- Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular status reports, KPI tracking, and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure that end-users are effectively trained and adopt the SAP solutions successfully.

- Vendor Management: Manage third-party SAP service providers and consultants to ensure they deliver as per the scope, quality, and timelines outlined in the contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certifications (e., SAP Certified Application Associate).

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration.

- Expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies, IoT, and smart manufacturing solutions.

- Knowledge of change management and process improvement methodologies (e., Lean, Six Sigma)
