About the Role:

We are seeking a senior technology leader to head Property & Casualty (P&C) delivery across EMEA for our technology and digital solutions division.

The role focuses on Custom Application Development, Digital Transformation, and IT delivery for Specialty and Commercial Lines insurance with a strong emphasis on the Lloyds Market of London.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Lead strategic product and platform initiatives aligned with business goals.

- Manage technology delivery for key global clients, focusing on innovation and scalability.

- Track delivery metrics, budgets, and resources across multiple accounts.

Capability Building:

- Mentor senior delivery leaders and technical managers.

- Build and manage high-performing teams across geographies.

- Establish Communities of Practice (CoP) around architecture, engineering, and quality.

Technical & Delivery Excellence:

- Oversee development and maintenance of strategic client platforms.

- Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, compliance, and quality standards.

- Drive technology solutions leveraging Azure/AWS, and Agile methodologies.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with global clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure delivery success.

- Support pre-sales, demos, POCs, and client governance.

- Manage operational metrics around Client Satisfaction, People, and Financials.

Must Have:

- BE/B.Tech

- 2030 years in IT services, with 7-8 years in a Delivery Head or equivalent leadership role.

- 10+ years in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain; Specialty & Commercial lines preferred.

- Experience in the Lloyds Market of London (Reinsurance exposure preferred).

- Strong background in Custom Application Development, Architecture, and Integration.

- Hands-on experience across Application Engineering & Infrastructure.

- Onsite exposure in UK / Europe / ANZ / Singapore markets.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder, and client management skills.

- Sound knowledge of Agile methodologies and Cloud (Azure or AWS).

Nice to Have:

- Familiarity with P&C Core Platforms (Guidewire, Duck Creek, DXC, Majesco, Sapiens, Insurity, etc.

- Managed large delivery teams and global client portfolios.

Compensation & Relocation:

- Max budget: 1 Cr (including 20% variable).

- Max hike: up to 30% from current CTC (ideal current range 6070 LPA).

- Relocation cases must be validated for genuine reasons before consideration.
