Job Title: Senior IT Banking & Financial Services Leader
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Extensive domain expertise spanning Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and Investment Banking sectors
Key Qualifications:
- Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-geography teams ranging from 1,000 to 1,400+ members, fostering cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and interlock with multiple service lines and business units to ensure cohesive delivery and high service line penetration
- Deep understanding of current and emerging market trends and the impact of disruptive technologies within the Banking and Financial Services industry, including AI, cloud computing, blockchain, and advanced analytics
- Experience engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders to align technology initiatives with organizational strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic business plans for the banking & financial services IT unit, focusing on sustainable revenue growth, margin improvement, and value delivery
- Design and implement innovative technology strategies aligned with client business goals to maximize market share and competitive differentiation
- Lead, coordinate, and drive governance forums and strategic discussions with senior-level client stakeholders from IT, vendor management, and business functions, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and operational management of assigned portfolios, ensuring service quality, compliance, performance optimization, and customer satisfaction
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, talent development, and skill enhancement to ensure the team remains at the forefront of technological innovation and industry best practices
- Support pre-sales and business development efforts, including formulation of proposals, RFP responses, and client engagement to identify new growth opportunities
