Delivery Head - DMS/SFA & RTM

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of DMS, SFA, and RTM technology solutions.

- Manage multiple client projects, delivery timelines, budgets, and SLAs.

- Build and lead high-performing delivery teams across projects.

- Manage senior client relationships, escalations, and delivery governance.

- Drive delivery performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.

- Oversee implementations, rollouts, integrations, and continuous improvements.

- Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in DMS, SFA, and RTM solutions.

- Experience in FMCG/CPG, sales technology, and distribution systems.

- Proven leadership in large-scale technology delivery and client management.

- Experience managing delivery budgets, P&L, and team performance.

- Knowledge of SaaS/cloud platforms and ERP/SAP integrations is preferred.
