About the Role:

Esscorp is partnering with a leading organization to hire an experienced Delivery Head Design & Build to lead and manage the P&L of large-scale Interior Fit-Out and Design & Build projects across India. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving project execution excellence, building high-performance teams, and delivering large, complex projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs:

- Own end-to-end P&L accountability of the Design & Build business vertical with projects of 1000 Cr+ scale

- Lead and drive project execution from concept design, planning, engineering, procurement, construction, to handover

- Ensure consistent achievement of project delivery targets related to time, cost, quality, safety, and client satisfaction

- Develop and manage a high-performance regional delivery team across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore

- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder management practices with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

- Implement robust project management frameworks, governance, and controls to ensure standardized processes and timely decision-making

- Strategically plan and execute business development support, tendering, and project proposals, aligning delivery capabilities with commercial goals

- Monitor project performance metrics and take corrective actions where necessary to meet project KPIs

- Ensure strict adherence to contractual terms, regulatory compliances, and corporate policies

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge-sharing practices within the delivery teams

- Travel extensively across project locations as required for onsite leadership and project monitoring

Mandatory Skillsets & Experience:

- 20 25 years of experience in Project Execution & Delivery within the Interior Fit-Out or Design & Build industry

- Proven experience handling large-scale projects (1000 Cr+) in India

- Strong expertise in the complete Design & Build project lifecycle (concept, design development, procurement, construction, and handover)

- Deep knowledge of structural, MEP, architectural, and interior fit-out systems

- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with C-level clients and consultants

- Strong leadership capability to build and manage high-performing cross-functional delivery teams

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to resolving complex project challenges

- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control of large projects

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Onsite role | 6 working days (Alternate Saturdays Off)
