Role Snapshot
We are looking for a Delivery Head - Contract Staffing to own and scale the delivery engine for Peepals Contract Staffing business.
This is a senior operations and delivery leadership role.
You will be responsible for translating business commitments into execution reality - ensuring fulfilment, SLAs, quality, and candidate experience across clients and locations.
You will work closely with Business Development leadership with a clear mandate to protect delivery integrity, team sustainability, and client trust.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Contract Staffing Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery for all contract staffing engagements.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of contract roles across clients, locations, and volumes.
- Drive consistency in delivery quality, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain delivery predictability even during scale-up or demand spikes.
Delivery Governance & SLAs
- Define and enforce delivery SLAs, TATs, and fulfilment benchmarks.
- Set clear intake, prioritisation, and role-allocation processes.
- Monitor delivery health across accounts and proactively flag risks.
- Ensure commitments made to clients are realistic, achievable, and honoured.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Build, lead and manage contract staffing delivery teams (recruiters, leads, managers).
- Build delivery capacity plans aligned to expected demand.
- Coach teams on:
a. Volume hiring discipline
b. Quality thresholds
c. Speed vs accuracy trade-offs
- Maintain recruiter productivity, morale, and retention in a high-pressure environment.
BD Alignment & Execution Reality:
- Partner closely with Business Development leadership to:
a. Validate delivery feasibility before commitments are made
b. Push back on unrealistic timelines or volumes
c. Align on client prioritisation during peak demand
- Act as the voice of delivery in commercial discussions when needed.
- Ensure clean handoffs from sales to delivery.
Client & Account Management
- Own delivery-side client relationships and governance.
- Participate in client reviews focused on fulfilment, quality, and improvement areas.
- Manage escalations proactively and transparently.
- Build confidence with clients through consistent execution, not firefighting.
Process, Systems & Scale Readiness
- Establish structured delivery workflows, dashboards, and review cadences.
- Drive discipline in reporting, forecasting delivery capacity, and pipeline visibility.
- Standardise processes for:
a. Hiring intake
b. Recruiter allocation
c. Onboarding and deployment coordination
- Build a delivery engine that scales without chaos.
Compliance, Risk & Operational Discipline
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements relevant to contract staffing.
- Maintain rigour around documentation, onboarding processes, and deployment readiness.
- Flag and manage operational risks early - attrition, drop-offs, client-side delays.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth billing and deployment cycles.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience & Background
- 8-15 years of experience in Contract Staffing delivery, RPO, or workforce solutions, with clear leadership ownership.
- Proven experience running high-volume, multi-client, multi-location delivery.
- Strong understanding of:
a. Fill rates
b. TAT management
c. Recruiter productivity
d. Attrition and drop-off dynamics
- Experience working closely with enterprise or mid-market clients.
Skills & Mindset
- Strong operational judgement and execution discipline.
- Ability to balance speed, quality, and team sustainability.
- Comfortable pushing back on sales or client pressure when delivery integrity is at risk.
- Structured, calm, and decisive under pressure.
- High ownership mindset with a bias for long-term stability over short-term wins
