Hiring: Delivery Head - Analytics Business

Location: Pan India (Gurgaon preferred)

We are looking for a seasoned Delivery Head - Analytics to lead and scale analytics delivery for a leading analytics services organization. The role carries end-to-end P&L ownership, with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, client relationships, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the business P&L, driving revenue, profitability, margins, budgeting, and cost optimization.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics engagements for global clients.

- Drive delivery excellence through effective resource planning, utilization, productivity, and governance.

- Build and strengthen senior client relationships, particularly across Investment Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance.

- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and new business growth.

- Lead and develop high-performing delivery teams.

- Drive operational efficiency, innovation, and scalable delivery models.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in analytics services, consulting, KPO, or IT services.

- Proven P&L ownership experience, with demonstrated accountability for revenue, profitability, and business growth.

- Strong track record in analytics delivery leadership and managing large, complex client engagements.

- Exposure to Investment Banking/Capital Markets and Insurance domains.

- Experience managing large teams, senior client stakeholders, and multiple delivery engagements.

- MBA from a premier institution such as IIM, IIT, or an equivalent reputed business school.

- Preferred Background: Analytics Services, Financial Services Analytics, Consulting, and Global Delivery Organizations.

- Candidates with a strong combination of P&L management, analytics delivery leadership, BFSI domain exposure, and business growth experience are encouraged to apply.
