About the Role:
The Delivery Head AI & Digital Transformation will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation programs across global clients.
This role requires strong expertise in managing large delivery teams, driving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and scaling digital practices.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML solutions and enterprise digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Digital Transformation engagements.
- Ensure on-time, high-quality execution aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
- Establish delivery governance, best practices, frameworks, and operational processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization across portfolios.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary delivery point-of-contact for C-level and senior client stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnership growth.
- Manage escalations, risks, dependencies, and customer communications.
Business & Practice Growth:
- Partner with sales, pre-sales, and solution teams to support proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Contribute to thought leadership, capability development, and digital roadmap creation.
Team Management & People Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale global delivery teams including AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and project managers.
- Own resource planning, competency building, hiring, and workforce optimization.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
Financial & Operational Management:
- Manage delivery budgets, P&L, forecasting, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
- Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and delivery performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of IT services experience with at least 5+ years in a senior delivery leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar programs and global delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and MLOps.
- Experience with modern data platforms, cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), and digital technologies.
- Proven experience in delivering enterprise-level digital transformation programs.
- Strong program governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to define delivery strategies, frameworks, and operational models.
- Experience working with global teams and Fortune 500 clients.
- Prior experience in setting up or scaling digital/AI practices.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, process-oriented, and calm under pressure.
