Roles & Responsibility:
- Own end-to-end P&L for the delivery business, including aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato) and owned channels
- Drive online business growth by improving revenue, ratings, visibility, and conversion across platforms
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and brand reach in the delivery/cloud kitchen segment
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and platform partnerships to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor and improve key metrics: AOV, repeat rate, funnel conversion, customer retention, and ratings
- Leverage data analytics, consumer insights, and platform dashboards for decision-making
- Lead demand generation initiatives - campaigns, offers, and digital visibility
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and central kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure consistent brand experience across packaging, delivery timelines, and product quality
- Drive agile execution of new initiatives, product improvements, and campaigns with speed and ownership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and ops teams to deliver business outcomes
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing delivery team
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in P&L ownership and revenue management
- Deep understanding of food delivery aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato) and online growth levers
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Ability to drive key metrics like AOV, conversion rates, repeat purchase, and customer retention
- Strategic thinking with execution excellence in pricing, promotions, and campaign management
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
