This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility of partial remote work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align on business objectives
- Forecast sales, set performance goals, and report on key metrics to senior leadership
- Identify new market opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Ensure sales operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, account management, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
