Senior Manager - Corporate Finance (3-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly P&L reporting, financial planning, and budgeting cycles to ensure accurate and timely visibility of business performance.
- Lead finance-driven strategic initiatives focused on P&L optimisation, revenue enhancement, and margin improvement.
- Drive cost optimisation programmes by identifying structural cost reduction opportunities across business units, ensuring sustainable savings.
- Act as a Business Finance partner to various business verticals, supporting and enabling informed commercial decision-making.
- Manage cross-functional project delivery for finance initiatives, coordinating inputs and tracking milestones to ensure timely outcomes.
Education & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline; or a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. MBA is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, business finance, FP&A, management consulting, or a related function.
- Proven track record in business finance partnering and leading cost optimisation or strategic finance initiatives.
Technical & Functional Skills- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and financial analysis.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles, P&L structures, and management reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or BI platforms is an advantage.
Behavioural Competencies- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership and non-finance audiences.
- Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
