Manager - Transportation (A&I) Delhivery

Additional Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Designing layouts & calculating area requirements for Delhivery's warehouses.

2. Tracking capacity of facilities and taking pro-active calls on re-locations/ capacity enhancements basis varied business requirements

3. Ensuring that the BRDs and layouts are released on time so that the facilities go live on schedule.

4. Planning the specifications and distribution of assets and material handling equipment inside and across all facilities

5. Ownership of planning all the capital expenditure requirements by Delhivery for operations

6. Supporting the operations function in all infrastructure and equipment requirements

7. On-site/off-site project management for making all the new facilities LIVE with required infrastructure and automation equipment

8. Conducting Time-and-motion studies to benchmark and audit productivity nos. for continuous improvement in the equipment/facility design

Additional Skills:

1) AutoCAD is mandatory requirement

2) Excel

3) Should be able to manage a team of 4-5 members
