What the role involves : - Develop, write, and deliver persuasive content for product communication across channels - website, email marketing, notifications, sales collateral, videos, and blogs. - Partner and collaborate with influencers, clients, cross-functional teams, and product teams to build content assets and execute campaigns. - Monitor the performance of each channel-Notifications, WhatsApp, Email & SMS and take surgical actions to enhance communication effectiveness. Supporting in both scaling demand generation success as well as GTM for product releases by collaborating and designing impactful campaigns for these channels. - Perform deep dives including sales funnel analysis, content effectiveness measurement, etc. to improve the effectiveness of CRM channels - Develop and implement new strategies to drive objectives like retaining customers, acquiring new customers and addressing customer pain points through the channels - Track product marketing metrics and trends, like CSAT score, conversion rates and web analytics. - Conduct market research to follow trends and competition - Own customer insights and identify short, mid, and long-term opportunities to drive growth and revenue - Collate and segment users appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the customer lifecycle. Who should apply : - You have 2 to 5 Years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing function - Interested in working on both B2B and B2C use cases - Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices - Efficient project and people management skills - high energy, ownership, and attention to detail - Good communication and presentation skills - Previously launched and run effective campaigns - Experience in setting up automated marketing workflows (customer journeys) using any industry standard tool e.g. Clevertap, Webengage, Moengage, etc. - An action-oriented individual with a zeal to work in a demanding and fast-growing business environment. - Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders (product, engineering, design, sales, CS, external partners) to launch tactical marketing campaigns within short timelines. - Grasp for numbers and analysis using Excel.
