Delhivery - Director - Network Design - Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities -

- System Recipe Management for Routing and Bagging for Ecommerce parcel and PTL Business

- Distribution center placement planning

- Route Analysis and Planning

- Ensure full vehicle capacity utilization in dynamic volume pattern

- Tracking Different metrics for Network performance

- Prepare & executing the Delhivery Logistics Road map for future

- Defines, designs & drives the strategy of Warehousing and Transportation functions with 3 years plan to ensure best service levels & Optimal Cost

- Continued optimization of logistics network - Warehouse footprint, inbound and outbound logistics

- Ensuring best service levels by maintaining right balance of cost

- Work with Operations/Tech/Finance teams to drive projects on Cost & SLA

- Ensure timely and successful execution for Roadmap Implementation and realization of expected results

- Monitor resolution of customer/Client escalation/Expectations

- Diagnose and define warehousing and transport system(s) improvements from a user perspective, recommend improvements and drive implementation, with support from Tech/Ops/other stakeholders

- Identify key projects for cost optimization - Cost control by way of innovation

- Managing & coaching direct reportees and driving Continuous Improvement Plans with them

Qualification and Requirements -

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's from tier1 or 2 institutes

- Min. experience of 8+ years with Supply Chain understanding role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a dynamic environment

- Experience in developing and implementing strategic plan & vision keeping in mind business objectives

- Ability to think critically and make optimization decisions based on data analytics

- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
