
About the Job - Delegate Sales:
- Research and identify potential clients or businesses who would benefit from the event, and actively pursue them as sales leads.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract, convert, and retain delegates.
- Own the complete sales process-from prospecting to closing deals-ensuring efficient pipeline management and conversion.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to delegates before, during, and after events to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
- Oversee delegate registration and collaborate with internal event teams to handle badges, seating, and special requests.
- Leverage marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, event materials) and attend promotional events to drive delegate registrations.
- Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and delegate sign-ups to keep Management is informed of performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay competitive and fine-tune sales strategies accordingly.
- Actively participate in networking events and conferences to build connections, generate leads, and enhance the company's presence in the industry.
