- Responsible for implementing the Insurance Sales and Distribution strategy for Farmers. - Driving the penetration of the Farmer Insurance Product using Dehaat Ecosystem. - Manage and formalize the processes wing -2-wing operationally. - Ensure smooth functioning of processes between all stakeholders. - Own the SLAs of the processes set for Farmer Insurance Product. - Drive the Insurance Sales to achieve monthly targets. - Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to perform under pressure Stakeholder Management - a) Engaging with different stakeholders - partners, vendors, local and central cross-functional teams to deliver the best output b) Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamicenvironment. REQUIRED SKILLS : - 3-8 years of work experience in Rural Insurance industry dealing with Farmer Insurance Products. - Past experience in handling General, Health, Crop, Cattle Insurances in Rural India. - MBA from Tier 1 B School is preferred. - Strong operational skills. - Analytical and data driven. - Excellent Communication.
