Job Description: To lead performance marketing for Dehaat Honest Farms that includes:- - Planning activities for each ecom player every month. - Experimenting on different products and with different creative assets to create an optimised ROI model - Working closely with marketing and ecom sales team in designing campaigns, with right objectives and then analysis and redirecting to achieve them. - Use ecom and performance marketing to drive a large part of our turnover. - Direct the performance marketing agency, aligned to the objectives. - Start our own D2C play. Qualification: - 2-5+ years of digital marketing experience, including 2-3 years of performance marketing experience - Can be from the client side or an agency side with full awareness of the tools available. - Proven track record of designing, implementing and delivering on performance marketing campaigns. - Full awareness of marketing processes to be able to effectively work with marketing and ecom sales team.
