Job Responsibilities:
- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with lender partners, including Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs
- Driving business volumes through each lending partner and monitoring monthly revenue MIS
- Ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines for approvals and disbursements
- Managing the entire lifecycle of lead assignment, approval, disbursal, and post-sanction processes with each lending partner
- Liaising with internal teams to align on product launches and fulfill lender requirements.
- Handling large datasets and preparing detailed reports to derive actionable business insights.
- Manage portfolio quality by driving collections activities- telecalling and on ground field collections.
Requirements:
- Masters' degree in Finance, business administration from reputed institutes
- 8+ years of experience in partnerships and account management in the SME lending space.
- Proven track record of managing lender relationships in Fintech or digital banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, farmers, and traders.
- Strong Collaboration and team building skills.
- Strategic Thinking along with a Problem- Solving Attitude with the ability to synthesize large data and draw insights.
- Strong understanding of Banking, NBFC and Fintech lending models.
- Knowledge of secured/unsecured loan products, underwriting processes and credit policies.
- Experience managing relationships with financial institutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements for lending operations.
