Responsibilities: - Responsible for monthly, yearly performance & cost planning including SNOP - Responsible to deepdive ; manage operations KPI with continuous review and RCA - Ensuring effective stock planning at various warehouses to ensure a high stock availability & fulfilment rate and other metrics - Implementing the best-in-class processes and solutions to manage warehousing and order processing smoothly and effectively across multiple channels - Drive continuous process improvements to reduce operational costs on fulfilment and logistics - Review overall business planning periodically to finalize operational budgets and improve profitability - Upgrading SOPs as per business needs and training across the organization - Ensure that the warehouse operations run with legality and conformity to established regulations and compliances - Ensure high visibility across SCM vertical and other stakeholders - Understanding business requirements and ensuring solutions are designed to support both reliability and sustainability of the business Skills: - Thorough understanding of warehouse/logistics processes and systems - Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics - Driving KPI's through data analysis - Experience in managing Digital First businesses (B2B & B2C) - Knowledge of various compliances and guidelines at the warehouse - Eye for detail and diligence in working - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities - Outstanding communication and people skills - Outstanding Stakeholder Management
