Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution: - Assist in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Identify growth opportunities and help formulate actionable strategies. - Track key strategic initiatives, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time. - Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations on high-priority issues and business decisions. - An efficient growth leader who can drive substantial business results and in achieving ambitious target of growing to INR 1000Cr in revenue over the next four years with an ambition to go for IPO. Project Management: - Manage and oversee the execution of high-impact projects, from planning to delivery, including coordinating resources and monitoring timelines - Develop and maintain project plans, track progress against KPIs, and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and monitor the team members to handle the projects effectively. - Direct team members to cater to multiple projects that enhance operational efficiency, productivity and profitability Data Analysis and Interpretation: - Support financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting and forecasting. - Prepare financial models, business cases, and performance reports. - Analyse key metrics and KPIs to provide insights for business improvement. - Employ statistical methods to validate trends and patterns, ensuring robust and reliable conclusions. - Identify and analyse trends in customer behaviours, sales performance, and market dynamics to inform strategic planning. - Use predictive analytics to anticipate market changes, customer needs, and potential operational challenges. - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and validation processes. Executive Support: - Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for the Founder and executive team. - Facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items. - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Support the CEO and senior leadership with decision-making, ensuring they have the necessary data, insights, and context to make informed choices. Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Act as a mediator between the Founder's Office and various departments. - Represent the company in meetings and industry events as needed. Performance management: - Facilitating cross-functional OKR setting for three cycles, ensuring alignment & clarity of objectives across teams. - Designing and implementation of performance-based incentive structure, boosting employee engagement and productivity. - Designing and Implementation of compensation structure keeping in mind productivity and cost effectiveness of the organisation Cost Optimisation: - Developing Business cases for cost saving initiatives using different techniques. - In depth analysis of testing parameter costs and data driven decision making. Confidentiality & Discretion: - Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. - Maintain discretion and integrity when representing the leadership team or managing internal communications. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - 5 to 7 years of experience in operations management, investment banking, or a strategic role in a startup or consumer focused company. - Experience in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industries is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. - Proven experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. - Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or other senior executives is highly desirable. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. - Excellent Influencer and collaborator will be most preferable.
