Our Business Units cover a very large diversity of activities from goods production to goods retailing.  - Prepare, organize and follow-up the external auditors reviews  - Monitor audit fees and address service quality issues  - Lead the accounting cycles review every month with the help of accounting team  - Organize & lead monthly accounting reviews with the management  - Prepare the shrinkage analysis during monthly closing & debrief it to the management  - Responsible for the inventory process for Finance  - Conduct some on-demand internal audits (based on the risk based or IFC program)  Educational Background:  - Master Degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputed institute (or) CA   You can Apply if you have/are:  - Strong basis in accounting  - Extensive experience in external audit including team management  - Leadership abilities  - Very good oral and written communication skills  - Pro-active, curious and like to work in an international environment  - Likes to practice sports (need not be a professional, but love to practice leisurely)  - Currently based out of Bengaluru  Recruitment Procedure:  - After we receive your application, we will shortlist and send a mail and sms to you on your shortlisting  - You have to fill up the profile sheet and send it to us by email  - We will start with a sports round (This is not an elimination round), followed by discussions and interviews.
