Job description:

Education qualification: CA with 10- 15 yrs experience in Finance.

Overall Experience:

- Experience in accounting with an engineering manufacturing industry with a turnover of not less than 50 crores, having handled a team of at least 3-5 people.

Mandatory Experience:

- Knowledge of costing, budget and expenditure

- Basic knowledge and understanding of finance, company law, statutory regulations/legislation.

- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with HODs and indirect reports

- Should be a Team player

Objectives:

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities of the Role:

Accountability:

- Periodically MIS as and when required by Management

- Costing Review

- Statutory Compliance

- Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit

- Review of Expenes

- Monthly/Calender/Annual Closing

- Support in Board Meeting & Company Secretarial Matters

Exclusive/Primary:

- Fund flow and Cash Flow review

- Ensure statutory compliances

- Costing and budget review

- Monthly quarterly and annual MIS

- Support in conducting Internal audit and internal controls

- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit

Routine/Secondary:

- Support in timely payment of expenses

- Ensure verification of expenses

- Banking Authorization reconciliation

- Review Materials Accounting.

- Maximize use of SAP

- Monitoring the budget and controlling measures of the same

- Coordination with auditores for their data requirements and queries

- Overlook the operation activities of organization

- To have knowledge or awareness about the environment.
