As a growth hacker, you'd be working in a cross-functional environment with a focus on optimizing business processes across all marketing practices. Experience: 4 -5 years Roles & Responsibilities: - Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth - Experience in Tools Like Google Adwords, LinkedIn in paid ads, Hubspot, and Outbound email campaigns using intent data tools ( lusha, zoom info, etc) - Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Target to generate 100 +MQL leads per month with in given budget - Hands-on experience in Adwords (Google PPC) and Linked In. Generating leads/conversations from the traffic - Providing inputs & expertise to drive the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.) - Working closely sales head & other teams to share ideas, and feedback & present results Qualification : - You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field - Experience in working at similar- companies. Proven portfolio - Hands-on proficiency in - PPC/Linked In AdWords, Content Marketing, PR or Social Media. - Working knowledge of growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms - Experience in improving CRO of website landing pages.
