Debt Syndication Role

Syndication team. The role involves raising debt capital for clients through banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end execution of debt transactions, including deal structuring, documentation, and lender negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate, structure, and execute debt syndication transactions across term loans, working capital, project finance, structured debt, and refinancing.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and other financial institutions.

- Conduct detailed financial, credit, and risk analysis of client businesses and projects.

- Prepare comprehensive information memorandums, teasers, and financial models for lenders.

- Negotiate terms and facilitate discussions between clients and lenders to achieve optimal deal closure.

- Monitor market developments, regulatory updates, and funding trends to provide strategic insights to clients.

- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process
