We are Hiring for Debt Capital Market role with one of the Global Banks.

Experience : 3 - 6 Years

Location : Gurgaon

Education : MBA/CA/CFA/FRM

Key Responsibilities :

- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and marketing materials

- Perform financial analysis, credit evaluation, and advanced financial modeling / Credit

modelling

- Track US and European debt markets, including investment-grade, high-yield, and leveraged loan markets

- Prepare market and credit commentary, transaction analysis, and peer comparison tables

- Generate trade ideas and identify market opportunities

- Support transaction execution while ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory policies

Preferred Background :

- Required 3 - 6 years of relevant experience into Debt Capital Markets / Credit Modelling.

- Corporate Finance or Credit Research Analytics

- Strong understanding of US capital markets and fixed-income products

- Expertise in financial statements, capital structure analysis, and advanced financial modeling

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
