Requirements:

- 5-7 years of experience in investment banking, venture debt, financial services, or VC-backed

startups.

- Proven expertise in debt structuring and risk assessment.

- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

- Strong client management and communication skills.

- Experience in team leadership and business development.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
