Design business plans & strategies of a minimum 3 years and ensure its implementation. ii. Ensure the production & turnover as per promised target. iii. Ensure all government policies are executed stringently by maintaining relations with government officers and everyone needed. iv. Ensure expansion in product categories & locations v. Ensure the growth of company by way of Ensuring all HOD's succeed in achieving their KRA. vi.
