- Administration: Lead institutional accreditations, national/international rankings, budgeting, and overall school administration initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Ph.D. in a relevant area- preferably Finance, Marketing, Business Management, or Human Resource Management-obtained from an institution within the Top 200 in the QS World University Rankings. We are specifically looking for candidates with an Ph.D. from an IIM, or those who have significant tenure as faculty members or leadership figures within the IIM ecosystem or top-tier global business schools.

- Experience Tenure: A minimum of 10 - 15 years of professional experience spanning academia, an elite corporate setup, or a premier research sector.

- Prior Leadership Roles: Proven, demonstrable track record in clear academic or corporate leadership positions (e.g., Department Head, Program Director, Center Chair, or senior corporate executive).

- Academic Standing: Candidates must currently hold or be fully eligible for appointment as an Associate Professor or Full Professor.

- Research Track Record: A demonstrated, verified record of significant research contributions alongside securing competitive grants and leading funded research projects.

- Academic Leadership: Proven experience running or managing large departments/schools/centers, developing or revising academic programs, and building research ecosystems, labs, or innovation initiatives.

- Outreach Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships, collaborate closely with industry bodies, and promote ongoing community engagement.
