- Mergers & Acquisitions, Deals Due Diligence, Pre- and Post-Deal Integration/Separation, or strong financial background is a must for Manager role and good to have for Sr Associate and Associate roles.

- Data Analytics and Visualization: Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau must have these technical skills.

- Cloud & Data Platforms: Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Alteryx

- Ability to leverage advanced analytics to drive deal insights, valuation, and performance improvement

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams

- Education - B. Tech or MBA graduate from premium institute preferred

- Company- Target Big 4's , top banking investment company and IT consulting firms

- Notice - 0-60 days preferred

- Candidates to be based at Only Bangalore Location or Open to relocate to Bangalore
