Deal Sourcing Manager - Debt Syndication

Description:

We are looking for a highly driven Deal Sourcing professional to join our Debt Syndication vertical, focused on building a strong pipeline of debt funding opportunities from startups, MSMEs, and SMEs.

This is a pure deal origination role (no closures), ideal for someone with strong networking, sourcing, and relationship-building skills within the startup and SME ecosystem.

What Youll Do

- Source and originate debt funding opportunities from startups, MSMEs, and SMEs

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients seeking debt financing

- Understand client requirements and align them with relevant debt instruments (term loans, working capital, etc.)

- Develop and manage relationships with founders, CFOs, and key decision-makers

- Ensure a consistent flow of deals with ticket sizes ranging from 50 Lakhs to 5+ Crores

- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth deal handover post sourcing

- Stay updated on market trends, lending products, and industry developments

What Were Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in debt syndication, loan sourcing, or deal origination

- Strong experience in sourcing clients and building pipelines (NOT closing deals)

- Good understanding of debt products (term loans, working capital, etc.) and basic credit concepts

- Strong network with startups, MSMEs, SMEs, founders, or finance leaders

- Proven ability to generate consistent deal flow (50L 5Cr+ ticket size preferred)

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
