Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical reviews of client budgets, identify gaps, and propose actionable plans.
- Develop and interpret detailed financial models for deal shaping using internal pricing tools.
- Advise deal teams on risks, mitigations, and financial opportunities.
- Lead commercial structuring for Managed Services and Consulting deals in various markets.
- Coordinate with tax and legal teams to ensure compliance and optimize structuring.
- Prepare and present pricing proposals and financial analysis to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure deals align with US GAAP, local GAAP, and internal financial policies.
- Actively contribute to pricing strategies, financial deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Verify accuracy of system outputs and lead issue resolution when needed.
- Mentor junior team members and lead workstreams as required.
Qualifications:
Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / Commerce Postgraduate
Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of total experience, with at least 4 years in IT Services deal pricing
Skills Required:
Must Have:
- Strong background in Finance - Deal Pricing (especially in the IT/Service industry)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling
- Experience in commercial strategy and deal structuring
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Corporate Finance, FP&A
- Knowledge of GAAP (US and local), revenue recognition, lease/accounting principles
- Working knowledge of SAP, CRM, and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
- Multilingual fluency (English; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus)
