Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, marketing needs, and digital expectations.
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic planning sessions with clients to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure overall client satisfaction, retention, and growth, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Technology, Media) to conceptualize and execute 360 digital campaigns.
- Drive the development of social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, content marketing, and digital brand activations.
- Translate client briefs into actionable plans, ensuring all deliverables are on-brand, on-budget, and on-time.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, and conversion data, and prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
- Use data to guide recommendations, improve ROI, and support future campaign planning.
- Work with media and performance teams to align paid media strategy with client goals.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of client campaigns, from planning and execution to reporting and optimization.
- Maintain and update social media calendars, brand decks, and campaign timelines.
- Track and manage invoices, payment milestones, and revenue targets, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
- Liaise with Creative, Strategy, and Tech teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of communication and expectations.
- Support in mentoring junior account executives or servicing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.
About You
- 4+ years of experience in digital client servicing or account management within an agency or brand-side digital team.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media strategy, content development, and integrated campaign planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; confident in presentations and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and familiar with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to handle multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and keen attention to detail.
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
