Manager/Sr Manager Sales & Marketing for a Chemical manufacturing co As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following ' - Conduct and Lead Sales and Marketing activities for the product portfolio of Chlor-Alkali, Pigments or other chemicals. - Responsible for driving sales and generating revenue from new and existing customers - Understand the competition and their products and strategy and in turn make and modify our strategies to compete with them. - Scouting for new opportunities & new applications for the company's products . - Build direct customer channel of Sales and reduce dependence on distributors. - Maintain relationship with channel sales partners / distributor - Participate & Present in Seminars, exhibitions and local trade meetings. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Quality control, Logistics Teams, Production for execution of orders. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Candidate will: - Hold a BE/B Tech in Chemical Engg and/or MBA in Sales & Marketing - Have sales & marketing experience in Chlor - Alkali, Pigment, Polymer or commodity chemically (mandatory)
