Candidate will be responsible for Heading the Sales & Marketing efforts of the Chemical Business in South India and will be responsible for: - Conduct and Lead Sales and Marketing activities - Responsible for driving sales and generating revenue from new and existing customers - Scouting for new opportunities & new applications for the company's products . - Understand the competition and their products and strategy and in turn make and modify our strategies to compete with them. - Maintain relationship with channel sales partners / distributors - Undertake and maintain updated market surveys, Competitor analysis and market intelligence. Market exploration/research - Participate & Present in Seminars, exhibitions and local trade meetings. - Build direct customer channel of sales and to reduce the dependence on distributors - Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Candidates will: - Hold a BE Chemical or MBA Degree in Sales & Marketing - Have minimum 10-12 years of hands on experience in Chemical industry ( preferably in Polymers , Chlor-Alkalis , Industrial Raw materials Pigments, Resins, Additives, Solvents) - Strong sales & marketing experience with a proven track record of scaling business
