Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead market penetration strategies for Eastern European countries and the South East Asia.
- Recommend and deploy appropriate business models (PPP, Joint Ventures, Franchise, Direct Operations) based on opportunity assessments.
- Conduct feasibility studies and competitive intelligence to inform entry strategy and execution roadmaps.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with government health authorities, NGOs, hospital networks, and donor organizations.
- Negotiate and formalize collaborations, including MOUs, to support dialysis center establishment.
- Represent the company in regional healthcare events, donor briefings, and policy roundtables.
- Oversee greenfield setup and scale-up of dialysis centers; ensure timely project delivery and alignment to clinical excellence.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage in-country teams; implement training aligned with operational SOPs and care standards.
- Drive vendor management, logistics, and supply chain coordination across geographies.
- Ensure adherence to country-specific healthcare regulations and licensing frameworks.
- Maintain compliance with global healthcare standards and legal requirements in all operational jurisdictions.
- Own regional P&L responsibility-track revenue, manage costs, and ensure sustained profitability.
