Senior Project Manager
Job Summary:
- The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple projects, ensuring successful execution within budget and scope.
- This role involves cross-functional team leadership, managing stakeholder expectations, and adapting global strategies to local markets.
- Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will support Sales and Presales activities by providing technical expertise, contributing to RFPs, and driving client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple projects
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and business needs.
Risk & Compliance:
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional and regional teams.
- Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor project budgets and control costs.
- Report on project financial performance to senior leadership.
Sales & Presales Support:
- Collaborate with Sales teams on proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
- Provide technical expertise and project insights to support business development.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
MBA Preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of project management, with 3+ years in leadership roles
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
