Job Details :
- We're looking for dynamic HRBP professional to be part of our HR team based in Bhopal.
Responsibilities :
- 5+ Years of strong experience in different aspects of HR from Hiring to Retire.
- Provide the HR support to the business to achieve overall business goals.
- Workforce planning in coordination with business and ensure talent pipeline availability as per business need.
- Succession pipeline against the critical roles of the branch.
- Identify and develop and retain the right talent and ensure their availability across the business.
- Talent Acquisition of the open roles.
- Ensure best practice sharing & communication of business agenda.
- Address grievances of employees and provide the best possible solutions through stakeholder management.
- Design and execute Talent engagement programs.
- Design Learning and Development plan.
- Partner with business stakeholders to execute priorities.
- Drive Talent retention and effective on-boarding for new joiners.
- Responsible for capability & culture building for employees.
- Execution of programs aligned to Organizational Priorities.
- Plan interventions to manage growth & organization change.
- Manage employee grievances.
- Partner business stakeholders to drive a performance-oriented culture in the branch while strengthening the capability of line managers.
